WOD 1 Thrusters and CTB or Pull ups

Team Athlete Order – F1-M1-F2-M2
0ne Bar 45#
Thrusters – Hips below crease of knee
CTB- Chest must hit Pull Up bar- full lockout at bottom
Pull Up- Chin Over bar – Full lockout at bottom

WOD 2 hang cleans and snatch

Snatch can be Muscle, Power or Squat – Full Lockout- Must show control- Hips below parallel
Hang Squat Cleans must be below parallel- Hips, Knees and feet fully locked out at the top

WOD 3 chipper

TrueForm run 500 meters
Kettlebells - straight arms, full lock out on top
Burpee Box Jump Overs-burpee chest must touch the ground, they do not need to lockout hips on box
T2B - reps only count while partner hangs, arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be brought back to behind the bar, not out front. Athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes touch the pull-up bar. Both feet must touch the bar together  
Sit Ups - Hands must touch ground behind heat and toes, feet cannot come off the ground
Assault Bike (for Calories)

FLOATER assault bike

Pedal as fast as you can for 3 minutes and don't throw up
